I didn’t start in storytelling.
I started in the trenches.
I grew up in Detroit, the daughter of Macedonian immigrants who built a life from nothing. That foundation of grit carried me through a 20‑year career inside the systems everyone else writes think‑pieces about.
My first decade was at JPMorganChase, learning how real organizations work; talent, operations, risk, the parts of business most people never see up close. From there, I spent the next ten years serving the Fortune 100, eventually becoming a VP leading global teams through change, complexity, and the kind of decisions that shape companies.
I didn’t just analyze how decisions were made. I was in the room making them.
That’s the foundation of my work today. I help leaders make sense of work, people, and the stories that move companies forward. Not with jargon. Not with theory. With lived experience, human clarity, and the honesty most business content forgot along the way. That's the foundation of everything I create.
